The practical know-how that comes from a four-decade sales and sales leadership career, coupled with his extensive formal training, have granted Kim an almost instinctive understanding of all that’s required to truly excel in today’s complex B2B sales environment.
Kim personally has led successful new business development initiatives with some of the world's largest retailers and CPG brands, including Safeway, Walmart, Dollar General, Amazon, Lowe’s, Lidl U.S., Rite Aid, Nike, Dial, Henkel, Bacardi, and many more. He’s also built and led some of the most successful sales organizations within the marketing services industry.
Kim’s players' coach leadership style throughout his business career is reflected in the way he generally approaches consulting, coaching, and mentoring engagements. He routinely draws on real-world examples when discussing specific ideas, solutions, or strategies, which he has consistently found to result in more productive discussions, as well as more effective communication overall.
